As Grab drivers are only allowed to park
their vehicles at 3 places namely KLIA Landside, KLIA Uptown, and Mitsui Outlet
Park, it takes a while for them to start their vehicle and fetch riders at
either KLIA or KLIA2. On average around 10 minutes is needed, and there are jam
at arrival lanes during peak hours.
Don’t rush them as they are trying their
best as the 3 places are some distance away, let them focus on driving =)
A good practice is to start order a Grab
after clearing the immigration, always add a 10 minutes buffer and indicate the
correct pick up point. Try to avoid crowded pick up points e.g. Gate 2 at
KLIA 2 and Gate 3-4 at KLIA.
